I. Overview

Currently, the mall supports multiple payment methods including online payment and offline payment.When you click "Buy Now", the system will redirect to the order settlement page. The payment methods are divided intofourtypes:WeChat Pay, Alipay,UnionPay and offline payment. You may choose your preferred payment method.

II. Online Payment

2.1 Online Payment Methods

Online payment is further divided into WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay. Users can choose their preferred payment method to pay for orders. WeChat/Alipay supports sample purchases, while UnionPay supports purchases of all products on the platform. All products can be paid for using UnionPay.

2.1.1WeChat Pay/Alipay

WeChat/Alipay is for small-amount orders. Sample purchases on the mall support WeChat/Alipay payment. Users select sample purchase, click "Buy Now" to place a purchase order, and are redirected to the orderpage. They select online payment as the payment method, fill in the order delivery address and other information to generate the order, and choose WeChat/Alipay as the payment method. Payment is made by scanning the QR code with a mobile phone. After payment is completed and the merchant receives the funds, the goods are shipped. The merchant fills in the shipping information and waits for the user to receive the goods. The order is completed upon receipt.

2.1.2 UnionPay

For large-amount orders, all product payment methods on the mall support UnionPay. When users purchase products on the transaction page,they click "Buy Now" to place a purchase order, are redirected to the orderpage, select online payment as the payment method, fill in the order delivery address and other information to generate the order, and choose UnionPay as the payment method. Click "Pay Now" to be redirected to the UnionPay checkout page (Note: UnionPay accounts only support corporate business accounts), select the paying bank, click "Pay via Online Banking", enter the bank account name and password to log in and complete the payment. After payment is completed and the merchant receives the funds, the goods are shipped. The merchant fills in the shipping information and waits for the user to receive the goods. The order is completed upon receipt.

How businesses enable UnionPay

To enable UnionPay, businesses need to provide the platform with the certificate of their UnionPay corporate account and the certificate password for the UnionPay corporate account. Call the Fubo hotline to contact staff and provide the required materials, and the platform will activate UnionPay for the corresponding merchant. If you do not provide UnionPay information, your store will only support offline payment.
