VI. Mode of Transport and Cost Bearing: Party B.
VII. Product Acceptance: If Party B has any objection to the contract, it shall raise it in writing to Party A within 7 working days after receiving the goods.
VIII. Payment Method: 100% payment before delivery.
IX. Settlement of Contract Disputes: Any dispute arising during the performance of this contract shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court of the place where the contract is signed for litigation.
X. This contract shall take effect from the date when the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties sign and affix the contract seals of both parties.
XI. This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
XII. Party B shall provide legal printing authorization documents (if not provided, it shall be deemed as Party A's original design), and ensure no infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. Any legal disputes and economic losses arising from copyright issues shall be borne by Party B.
