"A few days after the National Day, the order quantity in the factory can be said to be very hot. The quantity of grey fabrics into the warehouse is 700-800,000 meters every day. Now all the machinery and equipment in the factory have been in full production. This situation rushed to the beginning of this year. It appeared at the time, and did not appear again until October. But now it is not enough to start full production according to the daily inventory volume, and it is estimated that it is not far from the warehouse explosion." A person in charge of a dyeing factory said.

 

   Orders have improved, in fact, it is very obvious before the holiday. It is understood that the market situation of this dyeing factory suddenly improved more than a week before the National Day, and the daily warehouse volume was able to stabilize at about 700,000 meters. You must know their daily warehouse volume in the middle of September. Most of them are hovering around 300,000 to 400,000 meters, and the overall operating rate is maintained at around 60%. The market flipped in just half a month, and it continues to be surprisingly gratifying. For this reason, their National Day holiday has been reduced from 3 days last year to 2 days this year.

  I am eager to try the price increase of dyeing fees, and subsequent orders may be "cut out"

The textile market is not good this year, and the dyeing factories are under tremendous pressure. In the case of high operating and production costs, I dare not easily increase prices, and even continue to reduce prices to attract customers. However, the recent order volume has been exceptionally good, giving the dye factory confidence.

  According to a dye factory staff member, their orders have increased significantly recently. A while ago, the factory was still reporting and criticizing those salesmen who had no performance. In a blink of an eye, the factory was full of orders around the National Day. And the owner of the factory is already considering an increase in dyeing fees, but now that the market is suddenly improving, the factory dare not act rashly for fear of losing customers due to the increase in dyeing fees. However, it is obviously impossible to think of a discount now. If the order volume continues, then the dyeing fee will be increased.

 

   Those who are familiar with dyeing factories know that once the dyeing fee is raised, there is no chance of a drop. Unless your order is large enough, you can still talk to the factory, but obviously not everyone can receive large orders every time. In addition, a large part of the order wave around the National Day is due to the long National Day holiday, and customers will concentrate their orders before the holiday. Fabric traders then successively placed dyeing orders to dye factories during the National Day.

 

   In other words, for a period of time after the holiday, the number of fabric orders may be extremely limited, and the renminbi will continue to appreciate in the near future. This means that the profits of the traders who quoted earlier have continued to shrink. If limited orders and limited profits are met with rising dyeing fees, it is not a good thing for all textile workers. However, the performance of the national economy during the National Day holiday may give us textile people confidence.

  Holiday consumption is booming, and the autumn and winter markets start to exert strength

 

During the National Day, more than 500 million domestic trips are enough to explain what is called the "Eleventh Golden Week", but in addition to the very lively and gratifying scenes in tourism and transportation, the total number of visitors to shopping centers across the country also reached 305 million. The outburst of shopping traffic will inevitably drive the clothing consumer market, especially since the beginning of October, most cities in my country are already in autumn, and the weather has gradually turned cooler. The clothing market has opened up autumn and winter clothing sales. And from the current factory orders are mostly high-elastic pongee, conventional pongee, T400, T800 and other autumn and winter fabrics and lining varieties.

  Although sales of spring clothing were sluggish in the first half of this year, many brand clothing companies in the market have reduced or cancelled autumn orders. However, although the large brand clothing companies have a large order volume, the suppliers who can receive these customers and orders are after all limited, so the number of traders they reduce the impact of orders is also limited.

   And they reduced their clothing orders, to some extent they gave up their market share.   The supply of autumn clothing from branded clothing companies has decreased, so the demand on the market will inevitably shift to some small and medium-sized clothing companies, and it also gives the vast majority of small and medium-sized textile companies opportunities in the market. And our "Double Eleven", "Double Twelve" and overseas Christmas and other important shopping seasons will follow. It can even be said that it is now the most important time node for replenishment and stocking in the year.

   Recently, the textile market has seen a rare improvement this year. On the one hand, textile people must actively grasp it, and on the other hand, they must be alert to the "traps" hidden behind the market. But we must have enough confidence, after all, there is still a lot of room for us in the domestic market.
