ExxonMobil introduces a new polymer solution that can be used to produce soft breathable nonwovens with high volume, excellent drapability, and a range of different tactile touches, from cotton soft to silky smooth.

The solution also provides excellent evenness, non-fuzz, comfort and skin-friendly, and can be customized with balanced non-woven fabrics for a wide range of quality hygiene products, including high-end baby diapers, pantaly-type diapers, feminine care products and adult incontinence products.

A blend formulation of 7050BF high performance polymer that can be easily processed using Reicofil two component (Bico) spunbond process.

Custom blends are formulated to produce nonwovens with a variety of tactile sensations, such as cotton soft, silky smooth or balanced tactile, to meet the needs of different markets.

Compared to other Bico spunbonded high volume solutions, the fabric thickness increases by up to 15% and remains 80% thick after a period of pressure due to excellent resilience.
