Sri Lankan authorities said Monday that more than 1,000 employees have been confirmed to have been infected by a cluster of Covid-19 at a garment factory in the suburbs of Colombo, the country's largest mass infection to date.As of August, the factory had produced 200 million masks for customers in the United States.The plant on the 4th confirmed the first patient, since the number of confirmed continues to increase.As of Tuesday, 1,026 of the plant's 1,700 employees had been diagnosed and hospitalized.
